Job summary

Success Education Colleges (SEC) is seeking an Adjunct RN (Pediatrics) Clinical Instructor to lead pediatric rotations and supervise student clinicians. Candidates should integrate Caring Theory, QSEN, and the nursing process into teaching while ensuring evidence-based, safe practices.

Responsibilities

Theoretically frame clinical instruction using Jean Watson’s Caring Theory.
Incorporate QSEN competencies throughout clinical teaching.
Apply nursing process across student learning experiences.
Supervise and evaluate students during clinical rotations.
Teach evidence-based, cost-effective, safe nursing practices with interdisciplinary teams.
Participate in audits, curriculum development, and quality improvement.
Foster collaboration and mentor student research in nursing.
