The Village at Gleannloch Farms is seeking a weekend RN or LVN to provide direct nursing care in our CMS 5-Star, 35-bed skilled nursing neighborhood. The role runs Saturday through Sunday, from 7am to 7pm, with a starting pay of $35 per hour.

Qualified candidates hold a Texas nursing license (RN or LVN) and CPR certification, with experience in skilled nursing. We offer paid training, benefits, and a supportive team environment in a caring senior living community.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be available for emergencies.
• Experience in skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a 35-bed skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and update care plans.
• Document daily reports to DON and coordinate with care team.
• Administer treatments and coordinate with physicians and staff.

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting for a hospitality focused weekend RN or LVN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents in our CMS 5-Star, 35-bed skilled nursing neighborhood.

Shift: 7am-7pm (Saturday-Sunday)

Salary: Starting at $35/hr

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an RN or LVN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the DON concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
