Job summary

The Village at Gleannloch Farms in Spring, TX is seeking a weekend RN or LVN to provide direct nursing care in our CMS 5-Star, 35-bed skilled nursing neighborhood. Shift: 7am-7pm (Sat-Sun). Salary starts at $35/hr. Join a team dedicated to outstanding resident care and staff support.

Texas nursing license and CPR certification are required; skilled nursing experience is preferred. This role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within LCS.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in Texas.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.
• Experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and help develop and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily report to the DON on conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting for a hospitality focused weekend RN or LVN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents in our CMS 5-Star, 35-bed skilled nursing neighborhood.

Shift: 7am-7pm (Saturday-Sunday)

Salary: Starting at $35/hr

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an RN or LVN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the DON concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
