Job summary

The Village at Gleannloch Farms in Spring, TX is seeking a weekend RN or LVN to provide direct nursing care in our CMS 5-Star, 35-bed skilled nursing neighborhood. Shift: 7am-7pm (Sat-Sun). Salary starts at $35/hr. Join a team dedicated to outstanding resident care and staff support.

Texas nursing license and CPR certification are required; skilled nursing experience is preferred. This role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within LCS.

Qualifications

Current nursing license valid in Texas.
Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.
Experience in skilled nursing.
CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independence.
Identify medical/behavioral changes and help develop and monitor care plans.
Provide daily report to the DON on conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.
