Job summary

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting an overnight Registered Nurse to join our team in Spring, TX. This role involves direct nursing care, supervision of CNAs, and ensuring high-quality resident wellbeing in a hospitality-forward senior living setting.

Starting pay is $35 per hour with PRN shifts and part-time status. The position requires TX RN license, ability to manage care plans, and reliable availability for emergencies and shift variations.

Qualifications

• Nurse license in TX or compact state.
• Ability to identify medical/behavioral changes and develop care plans.
• Strong communication with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as part of overnight team.
• Delegate and supervise care provided by CNAs.
• Prepare daily report to Director of Clinical Services on conditions and needs.
• Follow physician orders and nursing standards in care delivery.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting for a hospitality focused Registered Nurse to join our overnight team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Certified Nursing Assistants.

Salary: Starting at $35 / hour

Shifts Available: PRN

6:00AM-2:00PM

2:00PM-10:00PM

10:00PM-6:00AM

Part-Time

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Be responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Clinical Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
• Possess current nursing license valid in the State of Texas or compact state. (Required)
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
