Job summary

Eventide Fargo is seeking a part-time RN/LPN Treatment Nurse for a Transitional Care Unit, working every other weekend from 6:00a to 2:30pm, with holiday rotation.

Must hold a North Dakota RN/LPN license in good standing with prior long-term care experience. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, administering medications, care planning, documentation, and supervising staff as needed.

Qualifications

• ND RN/LPN license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care setting required
• Ability to lead a nursing team and coordinate care

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status through evaluations and interviews.
• Plan, implement, and update plans of care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments with monitoring for effectiveness.
• Provide direct nursing care per policies and standards.
• Document accurately in residents' records per policies.
• Provide information and support to residents and families.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for shifts.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other units as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care conferences.
• Assist in orientation/training of new staff.
• Maintain up-to-date nursing skills through in-services and meetings.
• Comply with ND DoH and CMS rules.
