Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a weekend RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and resident care on Saturdays and Sundays. The role emphasizes supervising Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments while ensuring quality care per policy and plan of care.

You will coordinate with the medical team to maintain standard of practice and resident safety. Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, a TN RN/LPN license, and prior leadership experience in a nursing

Qualifications

• RN/LPN must graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN or equivalent nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN/LPN license to practice in TN.
• Experience in nursing home leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality nursing care using the nursing process and participate in discharge planning.
• Implement care plans on a resident-centered basis, efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals when plans change.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current practices.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
• Monitor staff activities and ensure adherence to plans and physician instructions.
