Job summary
Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Supervisor for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care plans for geriatric residents. You will supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, coordinate care with physicians, and ensure high-quality, compliant nursing practices.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a BSN or equivalent, and a current TN RN/LPN license.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current TN RN/LPN license.
- Experience in nursing home leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care focused on outcomes using the nursing process.
- Implement care plans and coordinate with the care team.
- Supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.
- Ensure timely communication and documentation of treatment and assessments.
- Monitor staff activities to ensure adherence to plans and physician instructions.
