Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee weekend staffing and resident care. The role focuses on supervising Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring care plans are implemented in line with policy and geriatric needs.

The ideal candidate holds a TN RN/LPN license, has a BSN or equivalent experience, and prior leadership in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN licensure (TN) is required.
• BSN or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Leadership experience in a nursing home setting is required.
• Strong clinical and supervisory skills in geriatric care.

Responsabilités

• Oversee weekend nursing staff and ensure quality care.
• Coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit.
