Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an RN/LPN Supervisor for weekend shifts (Sat, Sun). You will oversee resident care, supervise Charge, Treatment, and CNA staff, ensure care plans meet geriatric needs, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality nursing services.

Requirements include a TN RN/LPN license, a BSN or equivalent, and prior nursing home leadership experience. This role focuses on patient-centered outcomes and staff coordination.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as an RN/LPN in TN.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Previous nursing home leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective quality nursing care focused on outcomes using the nursing process.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to adjust care plans as needed.
• Communicate current treatment and assessment information and ensure timely documentation.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
