Job summary

Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking nurses for weekend-only shifts in a SNF setting. Night, day, and evening options are available with premium weekend pay and steady scheduling.

You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, and document in PCC EMR with a focus on quality care. Active Missouri RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS certification are required, along with strong teamwork and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor residents and report condition changes.
• Supervise CNAs.
• Document in EMR (PCC preferred).
• Ensure compliance with care standards.
