Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Complete accurate documentation (PCC, care plans, MDS as applicable).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in shift reports and hand-offs.
• Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately.
