Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation in Saint Charles, MO, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a weekday day shift (7 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) with no weekends. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN license (required).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1–2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Complete accurate documentation (PCC, care plans, MDS as applicable).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in shift reports and hand-offs.
• Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately.
