Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor for weekend shifts (Sat, Sun). The role oversees nursing care delivery, plans resident care, and guides staff under established policies and procedures.

The supervisor acts as a role model for clinical leadership and coordinates with the medical team. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active TN RN/LPN license and prior leadership experience in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed RN/LPN in TN.
• BSN or equivalent experience.
• Experience in nursing home leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality nursing care using the nursing process.
• Implement care plans focused on resident outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals on plan of care.
• Deliver optimal resident care and comfort with current practices.
• Supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on the unit/shift.
• Communicate current treatment and assessment information timely.
• Monitor staff activities to ensure care follows plans and physician orders.
