Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN) in Rhode Island. This PRN role follows a schedule of five weekends in a row, with the 6th weekend off, and offers daily pay at a rate of $50-$55 per hour (all inclusive).

The Nurse is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring care plans are followed in an environment guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN/LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards compliance.
