Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN) for PRN shifts. The role focuses on delivering skilled care, monitoring resident conditions, and adhering to individualized care plans.

The position features 5 consecutive weekend shifts with the 6th off and daily pay, offering a flexible weekend schedule. Qualified candidates hold a Rhode Island license, BLS certification, and can manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Rhode Island RN/LPN license
• BLS Certification (CPR) required
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care per physician's plan of treatment and plan of care
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care
• Monitor and assess residents, report changes to clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care
• Ensure infection control and nursing regulations compliance

Schedule: Work 5 weekends in a row, Saturday & Sunday, get the 6th off!

Daily Pay!

Pay Range: $50-$55 an hour (all inclusive)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Nurse (RN/LPN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Rhode Island.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
