Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide skilled nursing care on weekends in Rhode Island. This PRN role schedules 5 consecutive weekends, with the 6th weekend off, and features a daily pay option.

Compensation ranges from $50 to $55 per hour, all inclusive, with opportunities to support resident health and well-being. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring resident conditions, and applying individualized care

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Rhode Island.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Schedule: Work 5 weekends in a row, Saturday & Sunday, get the 6th off!

Daily Pay!

Pay Range: $50-$55 an hour (all inclusive)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Nurse (RN/LPN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Nurse (RN/LPN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Rhode Island.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
