Job summary

Solomons Nursing Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care on weekends from 7am to 11pm. RN earns up to $50/hour and LPN up to $40/hour, with flexible scheduling and supportive benefits to help you balance work and life.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and staff, supervising aides, and ensuring quality patient care in a long-term care setting. Licensure in state of employment is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unencumbered active nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of employment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under medical direction.
• Monitor performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying treatment regimens as directed by physicians.
• Communicate with medical staff and other departments.
• Work beyond normal hours when necessary.
