Job summary

Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN) for PRN weekend coverage. Schedule: work 5 weekends in a row, then the 6th weekend off; shifts are 7-3 or 3-11. Daily pay is available.

Pay range is $50-$55 per hour. This role is supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team in a compassionate, safety‑focused

Qualifications

• Active MA RN or LPN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.
