Job summary

Solomons Nursing Center seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise day-to-day nursing activities conducted by LPNs, CNAs, and other staff while delivering direct patient care to residents. You will monitor performance, provide education and counseling, and complete evaluations as needed.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, a valid RN license, and the ability to pass a background check. The role offers FT or PT options with flexible scheduling and competitive benefits.

Positions Summary of RN Registered Nurse:

The primary purpose of the RN position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the LPN's and CNAs and other nursing personnel, and to provide direct nursing care to the residents. To monitor the performance of CNAs, nursing and non-licensed personnel, provide education and counseling, perform disciplinary action as necessary, and complete performance evaluations.
