Job summary

Solomons Nursing Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our facility in Maryland. The RN will supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs and CNAs and provide direct nursing care to residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, providing education, counseling, and conducting evaluations. Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, a valid RN license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Positions Summary of RN Registered Nurse:

The primary purpose of the RN position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the LPN's and CNAs and other nursing personnel, and to provide direct nursing care to the residents. To monitor the performance of CNAs, nursing and non-licensed personnel, provide education and counseling, perform disciplinary action as necessary, and complete performance evaluations.

• Education and/or experience
• Graduated from an accreddited RN school
• Valid RN license.
