Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like setting. The role emphasizes resident well‑being, teamwork, and adherence to health standards.

Per diem, Saturday and Sunday 1pm-9pm, with shifts as needed across the weekend and other times. Requirements include current RN license and CPR certification, RN program graduate, and 1–2 years of nursing experience; experience with

Qualifications

• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents' status.
• Observes and reports changes in health to appropriate leaders per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead Resident Care Assistants in their job responsibilities.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Responds to emergencies and utilizes emergency response systems as needed.
