Job summary

DEERCREEK is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities and ensure compliant, high-quality resident care in a Texas facility. The role involves supervising LVNs/LPNs, CNAs, and treatment staff, coordinating care, and maintaining open communication with physicians and families.

Required is an active RN license, a BSN, and at least two years of supervisory experience in a long-term care setting. PCC EHR experience is preferred to streamline clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• RN license current in state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
• Experience with PCC or similar EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities to ensure quality care.
