Job summary

Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital is seeking a Hospital Supervisor to oversee staff, patient care, safety, and quality within the hospital setting. You will collaborate with leaders to optimize resources, staff engagement, and effective communication, while ensuring adherence to policies and scopes of practice.

Qualified candidates have an RN license (WI/MI), BLS/ACLS, and a minimum of five years of nursing practice, including two years in leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Area of specialty is desired.
• Minimum of five years' RN practice with two years in charge nurse or team lead role.
• Active RN license and BLS/ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff, patient, and environmental safety, quality, and patient experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resources, access, and capacity.
• Foster engagement, delegation, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Serve as resource for physicians, staff, patients, visitors, and community responders.
• Maintain compliance with Aspirus policies and department scopes.
