Job summary

Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Unit. The role entails 12-hour day shifts, full-time (.9 FTE), with every third weekend and holiday. Sign-on bonus may be available as part of the incentives package.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in nursing, preferably a Bachelor's, and active WI/MI RN licensure. Certifications in ACLS/PALS/NRP and BLS are required or will be obtained within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree in nursing; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license is required.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications may be required depending on department.
• Ideally 3+ years RN experience in a comparable setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with evidence-based practice.
• Continually improve nursing quality by data collection and analysis.
• Provide compassionate, accountable, collaborative patient care.
