• Must be a Registered Nurse and a member of the care delivery team.
• Responsible for setting standards for level and quality of care.
• Manages patient care activities with independent judgment and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains productive relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
• Teaches patients and families using adult learning principles and may precept new staff.
• Applies nursing process within Relationship Based Care to plan and document care.
• Maintains a patient-centered environment and communicates needs to the team.
• Participates in quality improvement and supports changes to improve care.
