Qualifications

• Zero to two years of nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active RN licensure in state or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the framework of the nursing process and Relationship Based Care.
• Establish daily goals and a care plan with patient and family involvement.
• Document thoroughly and communicate with the care team to ensure continuity.
