Job summary

Aperion Care Wesley is seeking a dedicated Weekend Warrior RN to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and work every weekend (Friday–Sunday) to ensure high-quality care is maintained.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, strong nursing knowledge, and the ability to read and follow physician orders, with prior long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with active state licensure.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and provide leadership to staff.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents and complete records.
• Chart nursing notes and file accident/incident reports as needed.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician and coordinate with inter-departmental staff.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident care information.
