Job summary

Mansfield Medical Lodge is seeking a weekend RN supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities for the weekend shift and provide direct nursing care to residents. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and coordinate with other resident services to maintain the total care regimen.

The role requires an RN license and a nursing degree, with at least 2 years of LTC nursing and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend Nursing Services staff and ensure quality care.
• Make written and oral reports as required.
• Coordinate with resident services to maintain total care regimen.
• Interpret policies to staff, residents, visitors, and government agencies.
