The Lodge at Rocky Mount is seeking a RN every other weekend supervisor who is motivated and compassionate, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. This role focuses on leading nursing and CNA staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a long-term care setting.

Ideal candidates have LTC leadership experience, an active RN license, and a proven ability to drive care improvements through teamwork and follow-up Clinical oversight.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and strong clinical nursing skills.
• Experience coordinating resident care under regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to lead a team and drive results in LTC setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for residents through leadership and clinical follow up.
• Ensure resident assessments are completed per state and federal guidelines.
• Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility.
• Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff.
