Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits in Scotland County, NC, with options for full-time or per diem. The role covers visits across Scotland, Moore, Richmond, and Robeson counties, requiring OASIS documentation experience.

The RN will follow care plans, administer care, and document activities using a touch-pad EMR. Requires NC license and ability to travel to cases within the service area.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical).
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan based on patient needs.
• Make home visits within designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document doctors' orders and client assessments accurately.
• Coordinate case management and services.
• Document observations and evaluations in the EMR system.
