BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem weekend position in our Person County Visits office serving adult and geriatric clients in Person and Orange counties.

Home health/OASIS documentation experience is required. The RN will follow care plans, perform medications, wound care, and coordinate with the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Travel to cases is expected.

Qualifications

• Current NC Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health experience strongly preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan aligned with patient needs.
• Make home visits within designated geographic territories in Person and Orange counties.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform client assessments as necessary and coordinate case management.
• Document observations and interventions using EMR on a touchpad tablet.

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, (RN) for a PER DIEM WEEKEND position with our Person County Visits office. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Person and Orange counties. Home Health/OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED! Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN)

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
