Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem weekend position in the Person County Visits office. You will provide high-quality home health visits to adult and geriatric clients, following care plans and documenting care using EMR.

The ideal candidate has NC RN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and Home Health/OASIS documentation experience. Travel across designated counties is required.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home Health/OASIS documentation experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders and care observations accurately in the EMR.
• Coordinate care and communicate with team as needed.
