Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Registered Nurses to partner as independent contractors, providing health services to U.S. military service members in Idaho on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program.

You will conduct health assessments, review histories, interview personnel, and document readiness in our proprietary system, addressing urgent concerns including behavioral health as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree from an accredited RN program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN clinical experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in any US state.
• Weekend availability and ability to work under RHRP as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments for military personnel.
• Review health history, records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to identify current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
• Document interview results for readiness in the medical record using the proprietary system.
