Job summary

DOCS Health in Idaho is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our independent contractor team supporting military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. Weekend work with occasional weekday shifts on an as-needed basis, focusing on physical health assessments, health history review, and readiness documentation in our secure system.

A valid RN license, ADN/BSN, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years of clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in the United States (unrestricted).
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including Behavioral Health, for immediate action.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record.
