Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Registered Nurses to join as independent contractors, delivering health readiness services to military service members in Idaho, primarily on weekends with occasional weekdays.

You will review health histories, conduct assessments, interview personnel, and document results within our mobile and fixed-clinic deployment model. A valid RN license, Associate or Bachelor's degree, CPR/BLS certification, and at least two years of clinical RN experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted RN license in US/state/territory.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Support health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records.
• Interview service members to determine medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health.
• Document interview results in the medical record.
