Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires RN degree from an accredited program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments for military personnel.
• Review health history, records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to identify medical concerns.
• Identify issues needing immediate attention, including behavioral health.
• Document interview results in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
