Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Registered Nurses to partner as independent contractors for military health readiness services in Washington. The role emphasizes weekend work with occasional weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP).

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license, have at least 2 years of recent clinical experience, and possess CPR/BLS credentials. Responsibilities include health assessments, documentation, and coordination within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited RN program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state/territory.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any immediate concerns, including Behavioral Health, for readiness.
• Document interview results in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
