Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor-RN for the weekend shift at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. This role ensures safe, high-quality patient care, oversees staffing, and improves processes in collaboration with physicians and administrative staff.

You will supervise nursing teams, drive patient flow and bed management, and mentor staff in line with Mercy standards. Requires 3–5 years of hospital experience and an MO RN license or compact license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the listed degrees.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.
• 3-5 years hospital nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing care on the Weekend RN shift.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and patient flow on units.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager and physicians to improve processes.
