The role includes planning and evaluating operations, serving as a clinical resource, and stepping in as staff nurse as needed. 3-5 years hospital nursing experience and MO RN licensure or compact licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in MO or compact license required.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform duties as a staff nurse in the department and assume delegated managerial duties.
