Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing School (RN).
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Multistate (NLC/eNLC) License.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Works with neonate, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, families, medical staff and community agencies to determine the appropriate setting of care and appropriateness of hospitalization, as well as to assess posthospital care needs.
• Provide support to address social drivers of health.
