Job summary

Summa Health is seeking an RN for weekends (Sat/Sun) on the 4N Medical Unit. The role involves 24 hours/week actual work, paid for 32 hours with 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. shifts and a $1/hr weekend differential. Unit focuses on cardiac telemetry, complex medical care, and rapid clinical intervention.

Requires ADN with CCNE/ACEN-accredited program background, Ohio RN license, and 1–2 years of relevant RN experience; BSN preferred. ACLS within six months for critical care/telemetry staff is expected.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Current Ohio registered nursing license
• Two years of related RN experience for float/telemetry/CCU positions
• ACLS certification within six months for critical care/telemetry/PACU/ED staff

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients based on basic nursing principles and evidence-based practice
• Coordinate and delegate nursing care and manage resources
• Recognize patient deterioration early and escalate care appropriately
