Job summary

Summa Health System – Barberton Campus is seeking an RN for the 4S Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit. The role focuses on adult patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry and complex medical management.

You will work 36 hours weekly on a day shift, with every other weekend and holiday, on a 24-bed unit. Ideal candidates hold an ADN (BSN preferred) and Ohio RN licensure, with BLS and ACLS within six months.

Qualifications

• RN requires ADN (BSN preferred) and Ohio license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and coordinate patient care across shifts.
• Monitor patients with telemetry and cardiovascular conditions, ensuring safety and timely interventions.
• Support and educate patients and families as part of the care team.
