Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa, a four-diamond luxury property in the foothills of Tucson, invites friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Host - Part Time Weekends. You will greet guests, seat them, manage reservations, and coordinate with servers to ensure superior service in line with Omni standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, proper grooming, answering calls, and assisting during busy periods.

Qualifications

Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, members, management, and co-workers.
Must be available to work weekends - Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Must have and maintain current Food Handlers and TIPS certifications. Must be able to multitask.

Responsabilités

Greet guests and members entering the restaurant with a friendly smile and superior customer service.
Seat guests and members by finding a clean, available table, pulling out chairs, and presenting menus.
Assist servers and coordinate with the kitchen and management as needed.
Answer phone calls and record reservations; manage all call-in orders.
Inform guests about daily and weekly specials and promote Omni standards.
Attend department meetings and required training.
Perform shift checklist and other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
