Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Residential Weekend Relief Staff for Saturdays and/or Sundays, 7am–3pm, with an overnight coverage option at $19/hour. The role supports women in recovery in a structured, trauma-informed setting.

You will supervise residents, maintain safety, document checks hourly, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote stability and recovery.

• Strong communication and professional interaction with residents
• Reliability, sound judgment and fairness in weekend supervision
• Trauma-informed and gender-responsive approach to care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary residential team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and supportive presence during weekend shifts
• Maintain a safe, calm living environment and document checks hourly overnight
• Assist with resident orientation, activities, and program expectations
• Monitor substance use and support crisis de-escalation when needed
• Assist with transportation and basic first aid as needed
