Qualifications

• Experience in women-centered residential or recovery services preferred.
• Ability to supervise residents and maintain safety.
• Trauma-informed, gender-responsive approach.
• Reliable and professional in structured settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and a supportive presence during overnight weekend shifts.
• Maintain a safe, calm living environment that supports recovery.
• Conduct hourly safety checks and document results.
• Enforce program expectations with a trauma-informed approach.
• Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques.
• Follow emergency protocols and liaise with On-Call Staff.
• Assist with resident transportation and daily activities.
• Complete documentation and shift crossover reports.
