Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Part-Time Resident Assistant for weekend nights (Saturday & Sunday, 8 PM to 8 AM). The role focuses on safety, security, and supportive, non-clinical assistance to residents in treatment and recovery within a housing program.

Responsibilities include monitoring surveillance and access, logging incidents, handling guest sign-ins, and coordinating with staff. Strong boundaries, multi-tasking, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with program housing and/or working with persons with mental illness preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to set boundaries with residents.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure general safety and security of the facility, monitor video surveillance, fire systems, and exits.
• Provide non-clinical support to residents in treatment and recovery and coordinate with providers.
• Record resident payments and manage guest sign-in/out sheets.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain shift logs; document issues for escalation.
• Assist with janitorial or kitchen duties when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and cooperate with front desk and pool staff.
• Demonstrate recovery and wellness through personal example.
