Job summary

Distinctive Living is seeking a Resident Experience Assistant for the Mira Vie at Warren community in Warren, NJ. The role focuses on engaging residents, coordinating daily activities, and supporting mobility and transportation needs to enhance quality of life for senior residents.

You will work under the direction of the Director of Resident Experience, plan monthly activity calendars, oversee events within budget, and collaborate with the Community Relations team to promote program

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with senior population.
• Willingness to drive van/small bus.
• Ability to coordinate resident activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interests and schedule activities upon move-in and ongoing.
• Coordinate and carry out daily activities within budget; create monthly calendar.
• Plan and staff quarterly events with marketing involvement.
• Provide and staff transportation for activities and medical trips.
• Maintain safety and compliance; report injuries.
• Foster teamwork and positive relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
