Job summary

Beacon Communities, Inc. seeks a Regional Director of Resident Care to lead clinical care across multiple assisted living and memory care communities. You will oversee quality, compliance, training, and policy development.

The role requires coordinating with the regional team and ensuring high standards of resident wellness and service quality. You will support community Executives and Directors of Resident Care, promote occupancy, and help achieve budget goals while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• RN license with leadership experience in assisted living or memory care.
• Strong knowledge of clinical care policies and regulatory standards.
• Experience auditing care plans and medication management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement and regulatory compliance across communities.
• Develop and implement resident care policies and clinical programs.
• Train and supervise Directors of Resident Care and community staff.
• Monitor clinical indicators, falls, wounds, and other quality metrics.
• Coordinate daily care, documentation, and communication with regional team.
