Foot Locker is seeking a Weekend shift Area Manager to lead the Replenishment team at the Camp Hill, PA distribution center. This leadership role focuses on safety, efficiency, and team performance in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities from daily coaching to process improvements and cost control.

You will oversee labor plans, daily meetings, and system enhancements while driving continuous improvement; experience with warehouse operations and RF technology is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience coaching and developing teams to meet daily targets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with automated DC systems and RF technology is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach your team to achieve daily operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Manage labor plans and make real-time decisions to optimize service and cost.
• Lead daily shift meetings and contribute to production planning.
• Troubleshoot WMS issues and support system improvements.
• Participate in audits and resolve findings effectively.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support financial planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and teamwork.
• Support hiring and talent development within your department.
